When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, company or property name, phone, email, property address or area, property type and size, the services you want, and any notes. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and submission time, which we use to prevent spam.
How it's used: to respond to your request and to share it with one or more independent local snow plowing or snow removal contractors so they can contact you about your property. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we are: Pittsburgh Snow Plowing (pittsburghsnowplowing.com) is a quote-matching service, not a snow plowing contractor. Any work is agreed between you and the contractor you choose, under that contractor's own terms.
Retention and removal: requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. To have your information removed, submit a request through the quote form with "delete my info" in the notes, using the same email address.
